Dividend Information 2026

 When active, the Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRIP) allows eligible holders of the Company’s common shares to reinvest some or all cash dividends paid in respect of their common shares in additional common shares of the Company. At the Company’s election, these additional common shares may be issued from treasury or purchased on the open market. If the Company elects to issue common shares from treasury, the common shares will be purchased under the DRIP at a 3% discount to the volume weighted average of the closing price for the common shares on the TSX for the five trading days immediately preceding the relevant dividend payment date. The Company may, from time to time, change or eliminate the discount applicable to common shares issued from treasury.                                 The DRIP is currently active.
